external call audio on hold errors

Morning.

I am struggling to  fix the defect stated below:

When an agent takes a call and afterward place the client on hold e.g  in SAP CRM IC, there is an unknown music audio that plays for about 2s, then the custom audio files that I specified to play when calls are placed on hold starts playing.

I have thus far removed the custom audio file that must be played to handle this and disabled the build-in on hold to none . But after removing the custom file , there is still an unknown music audio playing .

Please help resolve this.

Kavin,

Add your Custom audio again and assign it to the Schedules.

Try to practice same steps which you stated for on-hold build-in prompt above for Welcome or InQueue build-in Prompts.
