Survey in Opportunity

Dear All,

I have created a survey with a questionnaire but i am not able to add the same in opportunities?

Survey was created and then activated.

Kindly suggest the configuration details to attain this process

    Hi Logan,

    I assume this is an internal survey. Please follow the below steps.

    1. Firts of all activate your Survey.

    2. Create a new Activity Plan (from Activity Planner workcenter) and add your survey in there. You can check on Assign automatically to get the Survey assigned automatically on refresh inside your Opportunity

    3. Create a new Activity routing rule for Opportunity (from Activity Planner work center). Provide a condition and also add the Activity plan you created in previous step. Activate your routing rule.

    4. Now, create an opportunity as per the condition mentioned in Step 3.

    5. Open your opportunity and go to Surveys facet. Click Refresh and you will see your Survey listed there. Now, select the row and from Actions click on edit to fill the Survey.
