Dear Experts,
We have a requirement on Open hub destination to BO-DI server.
We have created Open hub destination as third party tool (BO-DI) on DSO. When i have executed the DTP all data packages processes successfully but over status to RED due to error "(OHSP) Data Services RFC Server ABC at host zzzz set the user statusto R"
Kindly please help us to resolve this issue. We have checked the source system check in BW side for BO-DI and it was not giving any error.
Thanks
Chinna.
Hi Chinna,
From the message, I would guess that you have a good RFC connection, but that the RFC user does not have write authorization on the BO-DI side.
see
Unable to connect to SAP BW via open hub
These SAP notes may be useful
2081958 - Error "Transaction program not registered" RSBO899 when using open hub
Reproducing the Issue
Execute the DTP to load to your 3rd party open hub destination
Error RSBO899 appears in the monitor
Cause
You are using a third party destination type as the target for a Open hub destination. If the connection type is TCP/IP, you must register the program in the gateway. If you are using load balancing in the BW system, it is possible that a call is made from any of the servers. The program must be registered for all servers that will communicate with the 3rd party system.
Resolution
Register the program with each server as per SAP Note 353597
------------
1886594 - Process Chain Failed in BW with error RSBO899 - Data Services
Cause
Two RFC servers in different Data Services environments were pointing to the same BW Program ID
This condition can also be created by having multiple instances of the Data Services RFC Server Service running on different servers within the Central Management Console.
Resolution
Turn off one of the Data Services RFC servers in the Management Console.
Test the connectivity from BW using the transaction /SM59.
Execute the job to read from the BW OpenHub Destination from Designer.
Note condition:
Check all Servers within the Central Management Console and look for Data Services RFC Server Service.
If more than one Server has Data Services RFC Server Service included in active services, reconfigure Central Management Console Servers to remove additional Data Services RFC Server Services.
