When I edit a story as one user and send it across to another user, I am unable to see the changed data on the other users page.

Hi all,

Not talking about uploading the data from excel, talking about editing/adding data in the stories - "live".

1) When ever I try to edit the forecast data from "Joe Bloggs" and send the respective story to "Dave Smith", "Dave Smith" is unable to see the changes. I have tried making the story "public" but this does not help.

2) Also another; in the collaboration section on the right, if someone shares a story with you asking you to finish changing the data, why can't I change the story there and then - and just add a comment to the effect of "This is now complete" and the other user should be able to see this?

3) Also; why do you always have to save a story to see the "designer" option - even if I have made the story and model public - surely then anyone should be able to change the data?

The pictures attached are about question 1;

BoC - 1 = from the story creator perspective

BoC - 2 = from another user who has been asked to complete filling in the data -> these two figures do not match

Thank you guys,

I appreciate it 😊

Raj
