SBO server installation problem in Windows 10 - SLD is not started

3664 Views

Hi everybody, I'm facing difficulty to install the SBO server.

Things that I've done:

1. the MS SQL 2012 server is successfully installed without fail.

2. Server tool is successfully installed without fail.

Problem:

1. During install the {SAP Business One server}, I stuck on the below screen, The error message shows "Authentication against the specified License server has failed. Check your site user password."

2. I try to login the SLD (System Landscape Directory) with Google Chrome, it shows message that "SLD is not started". In fact, the SLD is running properly as I can see it in the Windows services, and I did restart that. And I'm unable to login SLD somehow!

Things that I have checked:

1. I'm so sure that the password for B1SiteUser is correct, for example Sap1234 is the password I set during install {Server Tool}

2. I've done SBO server installation for multiple times last time. I'm sure the steps that I taken are correct one, and I don't think it's necessary to read the guideline at somewhere else of the forum again.

3. I've done reinstalled these things many times on my machine. Every time I did deleted the SAP folder in both ProgramData and Program Files (x86) located in C drive. However, the problem still persists.

4. The installer that I use is 9.1 Base PL4. I suspect this is due to the new updates in Windows 10 that caused the problem. However, I can't find anything wrong with Windows 10, even I got another machine with Windows 10 to test the installation, the same problem occurs.

P/S: Appreciate practical solutions without advice to refer to some links to somewhere else of the forum. I did a lot of research in this problem before I created this question. Thanks
