Change Document not created for CR - Custom Data Model

Hello Experts,

We have created a custom data model and configured UI using OVP. We were able to create change request but the change document is not created.

Please provide any pointer to fix this.

Hi All,

We had mulitple entities to the CR due to that the change document was not created. After removing all entries and maintaining single entity helped to create the change document.
