Warning Message no. /SCWM/LC1064 (No activity area was transferred)

Hello Experts

We have batch to create Task and WO for Outbound Delivery. For one of the Delivery, Task and Warehouse was created and it was missing Activity Area and WOCR was populated wrong (WOCR is populated with DEF that is not in configuration). Upon checking SLG1, I found following warning message:

No activity area was transferred

Message no. /SCWM/LC1064

Any idea what could be root cause?
