Crystal Server 2013 - Server Name Error

Hi All,

I installed Crystal Server 2013 in Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64-bit. The report is generated well. However, I got an error on the Servers List. The error came out when I save the changes in the Server Name.

I only install the 51047199.iso\DATA_UNITS\CRServer_win. May you please advise the error below? Is there any require application need to install in order to fix the below error?

    I would recommend you to ddeploy the web application again. If possible, before you re deploy the web application try clearing up the tomcat cache first and restart the tomcat again.

    see if that helps you.

      first of all, thank you for your comment

      I created new server in order to reproduce the error. After installed the Crystal Server 2013 version 14.1.2.1121 and test the Server Name. it works fine.

      But since I need to publish the RPT files. I installed the Crystal Report 2013 version 14.1.7.1853 in same server. Now the error that i encountered reproduce.

      I'm able to fixed the error by deleting the Server Name with random characters. Now, I can save any changes in Server Name without any error.
