Cannot connect to SAP System A4H

Hello,

since 5 days I cannot connect to the SAP System A4H anymore. I get the message:

partner '10.0.13.110:sapdp00' not reached

WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused

Until the day before it worked very fine. I did not change anything. There is no problem to connect to the cloud (virtual machine).

The SAP solution name is:

SAP NetWeaver SA ABAP and SAP BW 7.5 SP01 on SAP HANA SP10 [Develoger Edition]

Cloud provider: Amazon Web Services

Region: us-east-1

Number of instances: 1

Can anyone help me to resolve the problem.

    Hi all,

    BW 7.5 (DEV) on HANA on Azure now completely works fine!

    What I did was simply terminate it via CAL and then recreated the instance. Now it worka great. Thank you!

      Hi Stanimir,

      I got into the box via SSH connection yesterday. I started the HANA database as described in the SAP guideline. When the database was started I started the application server. This failed with the message that the application server cannot connect to the database and I have to start the database first, what I already did. I stopped the database and after a while I received the message that the database was successfully stopped. So obviously the database had started.

      On that level I have to quit.

      Thanks for your help. I try another MiniSap with another database than HANA.

    Hi all,

    Same for me. Whatever I try, "Connection refused". Firewall is off on the Azure machine. Also when using netstat -anb it will not show the IP address and port (3200), the SAP Gui on the Azure machine is pointing to. I have no clue why it does not work. BW 7.4. on ASE worked instantly fine! But I would like to use BW on HANA.
