Service request migration question

Dear colleagues,

I kindly ask you to assist with one unnown field in the migration template of Service requests.

The field "Initially Recieved At*" it is mandatory field in the template but I can't find it in the Service request card

It is unavailable to add this field to the Service request card.

How can I add this field to the screen?
