S/4HANA 1610 - app "manage sales orders" not loading

Hello,

we're currently implementing our S/4HANA 1610 demo System.

When starting the app "manage sales orders" (app ID F1873), IE11 Shows a popup "app cannot be loaded" with the following error in the console:

"failed to load 'cus/sd/lib/worklist/util/UtilityHelper.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20160727122300~/cus/sd/lib/worklist/util/UtilityHelper.js: 404 - NOT FOUND"

"Failed to load UI5 component with properties '{"name":"cus.sd.salesorders.manage","self":{"name":"cus.sd.salesorders.manage"},"messages":[{"severity":"error","text":"Application cus.sd.salesorders.manage"

Things I've checked until now:

• Frontend component UIS4HOP1 installed
• SICF Services "sd*" active
• No Errors in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG

Hi Wolfgang,

Please check after activating ICF Service SD_REUSE_WKLS1 and re-indexing the UI5 Application through report

/UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE.
