Mails are not receiving when executed from campaign automation

Hello All,

Am trying to send mail through a simple campaign automation process, the flow is a campaign with campaign elements as Send Invitation--->Thank you mail--> collect the participants. I have made all the presetting required for this and start the process.

The workflow is working fine and in campaign messages assignment block showing as"Start Campaign Process (COMPLETED)", as well in campaign elements is also showing "Send Target Group to Channel (COMPLETED)" and "Execution successful".

The problem here is the mails i can see in SOST and when we execute it manually it not receiving by the recipient and even from a normal campaign. when i try to send a test mail from SCOT, the mails are coming. If i remove the WS140000060 from General task, the campaign is working fine but not the campaign automation.

Kindly provide me the solution.

    Hi SK,

    First try sending the email from normal campaign and if it's works fine , then test for campaign automation.
