WEBIDE cannot open

Dear experts,

Now I cannot work as a developer in SAP because the web ide cannot be loaded like the screenshot,

It's just stuck there for a whole day. How can i resolve this?

Is there any ticket support url i can create so i can reflect this issue to our web ide colleagues?

Now it is OK. I am afraid they are developing something which will cause pain.

They are adding "Happy Summer" logo.

try refresh the ide like below url

<Your webide url>/?hc_reset

I tried two or three times and it is working now.

Nope. Actually i have also this trial account but my codes are not upon this. You can check the url in the screenshot. I suppose this is some bug from webide team but I couldn't even tell the exact reason.
