We have multiple brands procuring the same materials, all stock arrives at central plant.
- how to we precisely attribute purchase/transport/ shipping cost by different brands, despite the fact that they are all selling the same product, but in different stores/channels and different price as well.
- from a warehouse perspective, how do you efficiently consolidate logistic functions and split these stock by the different brands.
- how do you manage forecasting based on the different items sold by different outlets but still within the parent company?
