Which table holds the information related to Controller Approve Date for firefighter ID usage

Please advise which table holds the information related to Controller Approve Date for fire-fighter ID usage work flows.

Controller Approval date/Information is available in Audit log. But I would like to know the table details.

Hi Sowmya.

You can get the approver of any stage by getting your workflow instance ID at GRFNMWRTINST and then filtering GRFNMWRTDATLG by this ID.

If you are using the standard workflow, with a single stage for the controller approval, after filtering you'll have this info at the record with

STAGE_EXEC_SEQNR=1, STAGE_SEQNR=1 and LINEITEM_STATUS=APPROVED. The approver (controller or his delegate) will be at CHANGED_BY field, and the date/time will be at TIMESTAMP_LONG field.
