Hi experts,

One of the end users is getting the following error on trying to open Analysis for office.

Following is the error text from the log. We have tried to uninstall and reinstall the add-in and repair MS Excel as well. But still the issue is repeating.

Hi,

The SAP note below may be relevant in this case:

>> 2032146 - Launcher problem with Excel 2013

Did you check that?

Regards,

Filipe

There are a lot of SAP Notes on this error - such as this one: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2321784/E I encourage you to search the SAP Notes to see what is relevant in this instance.

Hi Tammy,

Thank you for the inputs.

I have gone through the all of the relevant notes and installation guides and applied the same but none of the solutions worked.

End user is using Office 2010 and Lync 2010.

The registry for the Launch behavior is also setup correctly as per the notes.

I have created this post as the last resort.

Thanks,

Naveen

Did you already check SAP Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2032146/E - the one Filipe mentioned above?

Hi Tammy,

Yes I have checked that too, user is on Excel 2010, so there is no option "Show the start screen when the application starts".

Thanks,
Naveen
