We are looking into the use of 'Create Incident' from the Alert Inbox. When we try to create an incident for an ABAP systems see the message 'You have not specified a client'.
There is no available field for client from this screen.

For the iBase component we set Partner Assignment for the Support Team and Sold-To Party on the productive client without luck. Wondering is there another location to set the desired Production client?
