Single Sign-on configuration setup

Hi Experts,

We would like to configure SSO . As from the document, we had tried, downloading and uploading the Meta Data XML file , but the following error placed

can anyone please provide the procedure or any other to be configure which we had missed out .. Please advise..

    Hello Vijay,

    Kindly download the metadata from your identity provider(ex vendors: Microsoft ADFS, Azure, Okta, etc) and upload that metadata into your ByD/C4C system.

    From the attached screenshot I assume that you are uploading the SP Metadata file that is downloaded from C4C/ByD which would be incorrect.
