Hello all,
During the creation of a new visit I want that a specific survey is assigned to the visit.
I did following steps for this requirement:

2. Creation of Activity planner -> assign survey to activity planner
3.(Creation of routing rule) -> assign activity planner to routing rule + define condition (= account ID is not equal to 0 )
At the moment when I create a new visit the survey is only added after manual refresh of the visit
E.g
I create a new visit no survey is found

I manually refresh the visit

The survey becomes visible...
How can I manage this that the refresh happens automatically? I found no option in workflow rules 😔
