Installation file for Sybase ASE Developer Edition 15.7

I am working on the project, in which I have to try out Sybase ASE Developer Edition v. 15.7. I know it is a free software and should be available online, but unfortunately I have spent a lot of time searching for installation file online and it seems to be gone.

I can see that it is a common problem ().

I would appreciate if you could share with me a direct download link.
