Not Reconcile banking & reconciliation

Sir/Madam ,

We are using SAP B1 9.1 PL 5 when I am trying to execute Reconcile in banking & reconciliation from SAP B1 system, system not behaves anything and not executed in the system (System not give any error and not reconcile in the system). Please find the attachment file for your reference.

Kindly provide the solution for these issue.
