Please some one explain the step by step procedure to implement PRT (measuring Instrument)
Basically we have Four type of PRT
1) Material PRT - CF01 / CF01
2) MISCELLANEOUS - CF01 / CF02
3) DOCUMENT - CV01N / CV02N
4) EQUIPEMENT - IE01 / IE02
I Selected Equipment and create Characterstic CT04, That characterstic I Assigned it in eqyipment (IE01 - PRT datat - created measuring point counter)
If I do the above steps during order confirmation CO11N only PRT is Count it means that the usage of PRT ( 1 , 2 , 3, 4 .........)
Please Guide me how to map it SAP in the below example :
For Operation -1 I need measuring equipment so it should assign in PRT ( Measuring instrument - Veriner gauge 300 mm - Gauge No : 1234 - QTY - 1)
obvisouly each gauge have its own calibiration Date.
During order Release or Order confirmation is there to view the PRT and the calibiration date. And one more think is their any setting if the calibiration Due date is overdue the production order or order confirmation should not happen.
