Customizing for Email Notification for ATC Exemptions

Hello SDNers,

I am stuck with a problem while configuring the email notification for ATC-Exemptions.

I have done the following:


  • Created QA Approver with required roles and maintained the Email Adress in the user master


  • Maintained Approvers:

  • Scheduled the Email-Job:

  • Wrote a sh***y program with lots of ATC-Findings 😊 & created an exemption for one of the finding!

Unfortunately the notification email is not generated!

I had the feeling that the Email address would be read from the User-Master, but it isn't he case. So i debugged the program SATC_CI_EXEMPT_NOTIFY_APPROVER and found that the table SATC_CI_CUSTOM doesn't contain the relevant Email data 😔

I am pretty much sure that i've missed certain configuration step. Can someone help me here?
