Maintained tabel-T7INU3-LaborWelfare still system error-No entries in table T7INU3

This particular employee belongs to New Delhi, where the Labor Welfare Fund is based on

June & December

30th June

31st Dec

I have maintained the table only the contribution Required Fileds.

Still while running Payroll System is giving me the following error:-

Please guide me on this.
