PO account assignment history log issue

Hello,

In system, user has created PO with account assignment category "K". At the time of PO creation, system is picking G/L account "6000020" based on material/service group. After some days he changed the G/L account with "6000030" manually it time account assignment tab. Now i want to see change log who have change that G/L account from "60"00020"to "6000030". Also i checked the change history table "CDHRD"& "CDPOS" but there are no any G/L history. So kindly suggest way forward.

CDHDR/CDPOS is nothing else than the table behind the change history that you get if you choose Environment > header changes or Environment > item changes

If nothing can be found in the table then you can't find anything via the menu, except the user made entry errors in the selection to CDHDR/CDPOS tables.

In any case I would try in test system whether a change in the account would trigger the change history. And if it does then I would question that the user has really made a change in the purchase order.

Maybe the customizing  to default the account was changed in the meantime and it is just assumed that the user did a change online.

But customizing has as well change history, so there should be a way to check this part.

I dont know Bhaumik What you are looking for, how you have searched in CDHDR/CDPOS

I replicated a test case on Ides and I got to know it

please go through my screen shot and let me know if there something else.

HI Bhaumik

Just check PO change history log

Go to change/ Display PO mode and  go to environment select Item details, you may find your solutions
