deski reports are unable to refresh

I am trying to refresh the deski report and unfortunately if i click on refresh button from infoview, I am not getting any response(Even it is not asking for prompts). Could you please help me...

    Hi Mahesh,

    I never faced this kind of issue when you are able to aceess/login but not able to refresh. Please cross check the below configuration:-

    1. You must have refresh right.

    2. IIS or web application server is working fine.

    3. Close all current running session from Task Manager by kill busobj.exe
