Hey as per your screen shot details,
I'm sure that delivery completed indicator must be set while MIGO is post.

Hi Kirti,
Looks like there is no manual intervention while setting the DCI flag in the PO Item. Hence you cannot find the user name against it in the change logs.
Thanks,
Dipankar

well kirti, your screenshot explicitly shows that you have defined under-delivery tolerance limit in purchase order and then you partially received the quantity which caused the system to set accordingly DCI.

Hi,
Based on setting for plant
SPRO-MM-IM and PI-GR- Set Delivery Completion Indicator
Once goods receipt completed for all the quantities of purchase order, automatically delivery completion indicator set in your Purchase order.
If manually set , you can track in purchase order itself or refer purchase order chage history in CDHDR table

Hi,
"Delivery completed" indicator updates automatically once you post GRN (Receive complete delivery ) against purchase order, that you won't be able to track the changes in item changes. However if user updates" DCI" manually in purchase order, that will be update in item changes along with respective userid.

Rahul
