hi gurus,

how can i know who set the delivery completed indicator in po?

(this is not covered in item changes)

Hey as per your screen shot details,

I'm sure that delivery completed indicator must be set while MIGO is post.

Please check & revert back

Hi Kirti,

Looks like there is no manual intervention while setting the DCI flag in the PO Item. Hence you cannot find the user name against it in the change logs.

well kirti, your screenshot explicitly shows that you have defined under-delivery tolerance limit in purchase order and then you partially received the quantity which caused the system to set accordingly DCI.

Hi,

Based on setting for plant

SPRO-MM-IM and PI-GR- Set Delivery Completion Indicator

Once goods receipt completed for all the quantities of purchase order, automatically delivery completion indicator set in your Purchase order.

If manually set , you can track in purchase order itself or refer purchase order chage history in CDHDR table

Hi,

"Delivery completed" indicator updates automatically once you post GRN  (Receive complete delivery ) against purchase order,that you won't be able to track the changes in item changes. However if user updates" DCI" manually in purchase order, that will be update in item changes along with respective userid.

the gr posted is not complete delivery

also there is no change log..

what could be other reasons of automatic setting of DCI?

Hi,

"Delivery completed" indicator changes log only updates in purchase order change history if user updates the same directly in purchase order manually.

Hi,

Changes log doesn't updates in purchase order if user set "Delivery completed" indicator while posting the GRN in "Purchase order data" tab manually.

i am sorry  in my case item changes details is not showing any change log for "delivery completed indicator"

i think this means it has been set automatically

When u post the migo system automatically checked the indicator, in ur case u r asking who set the indicator then here u need to maintain this indicator manually then only u can get the log details in item changes as i suggested in the screen shot.

here plz go to me22n and uncheck the delivery indicator and again check the indicator u will get two logs in item changes in hesader, here u are not getting any logs because sytem automatically checked  the indicator while posting migo.
