Document changes After Approval

Hi Experts i'm using SAP B-1 8.82

I know that After Approval of Document Originator or Authorizer cannot change the document but in my case an AP Invoice is created, Approved and added too but Vendor send an exemption certificate of Tax, now I've to remove Withholding Tax from that invoice what should i do, one way is to make CR note and make Invoice again but its a long procedure in my company because there are lots of such exemption cases happens frequently when Vendor send Exemption during payment term days some times Tax rates Changes and lots of Invoices are added into system on previous Tax Rates its a hell of a work for user to make CR note for all and remake all Invoices and send them for approval again is there any way that Originator or Authorizer can Change the W.Tax in the invoices without the CR Note?
