Work item getting displayed multiple time

Hello,

I have a very strange problem where one agent has got some work item multiple time (500 times). I check the log swwl/swel but the workflow template which is responsible for this has not triggred beyond 8-10 times in 2 days.

Has any of us faced this kind of problem.

WF is getting started on event and we have 5 WF attached to the same

event.
