Returns POs & SUS - how have you handled it?

Hi All,

We've got a problem, that I'm sure many of you have had. We don't push Returns POs to SUS, but our buyers sometimes flag an item on a regular PO as a return. This gets pushed to SUS as a normal PO item, as the IDOC doesn't pass the returns flag, and SUS isn't aware of returns anyway.

Have you made changes to RSNASTED or somewhere else? How have you addressed returns?
