BPF opening a report

Hi Bpc Friends

One user when try to run a BPF opening a report he got the follow message

He is trying to open a report from the link, if open it manually going to EPM - OPEN A report it works

BPF screenshot please! The Process template one where we can see the link of Report.

Hope the user has EPM Add-In installed.

I know it worked until some months ago and if I open with mu user it works

I have checked the hyperlink from BPC Admin and it works

Then it may be a connectivity issue of one specific user... have to be tested from his PC!

Yesterday I connected to his computer in Australia from Uk and there this issue

Contact with the network administrator to trace the issue!

Try to create a new process template with the same report link....and deploy and now test again with the user ID. Does the report name have any special charcters??

The screenshot is not at all visible...please repost with good clarity....Also specify what activities the user is trying to perform with details...
