Customer unblocked in Company code level in MDG

Hi Guys,

Customer has unblocked in company code level in SAP MDG-C, but not reflected while trying to see in XD03 and also in table, can you please guys help with some knowledge

Hi,

Looks like the account group for which the customer is created doesn't exist in the customizing. Please the Grouping for BP and the account group for customer in the CVI mapping in MDGIMG.

it was data issue resolved.

Hi Jen,

You can see the customer block in MDG with below mention step .

Click on Search customer ->Select that customer which you want to see the block ->Click on Block .

Now CR will open,

Hi J,

Just check if the block data is appearing in the MDG screen as shown in teh screen shot by Nikhilesh.

Ideally if the data is not saved in ECC tables, it should not be diplayed in the MDG screen as well.

Please check the CVI mapping in the CVI data mapper badi further.

In CVI Error log system is asking for T077D table data error. Can you please help me out what steps need to be followed.

T077D is table for account group.Can you post exact error log shown in CVI?

Any other error log will also help.
