Password expired screen

I've created a user CMSADM 3-4 weeks back. Now i'm getting the Password expired message when we try to logon to JDI or Portal. However I've tried to give the new password in VA, JDI and Portal but it's showing me the same screen again and again.

Any ideas how to deal with this.
