Park document approver report

Hi Gurus,

We park all documents and workflow will be triggered as per the configuration.

My question is there a report, which can provide us park document number, pending with which manager and approved by which manger?

    Use the transaction FBV1

    Click on document / Display / Document list

    Provide your selection criterion.

      Hi Srini,

      Please check with the transaction SBWP which the inbox of SAP where you can see the Pending document and approved documents as based on your workflow has designed.

      In your workflow you have design the concerned approver manager mail with SAP id and you have link with the SAP inbox.

      In SAP inbox you can check with it workflow node. if document got approved you can check those documents in documents node.

      If you want like a report, You have create a Z table with the document no and approver managers mail and SAP id. There you can check whether the document has approved or not.

      please check and confirm.
