Log on to server fail

I'm new to crystal reports and am utilizing a free trial. I hope to use it to create reports from Timberline / Sage 300. When I try to "log on to server" and type in my credentials I get the following error messages: "log on failed, database connection error: '42000:[simba][simbaenging ODBC Driver][drm file library]permission denied, and im006:[microsoft][odbc driver manager] driver's sqlsetconnectattr failed." Can anyone help with this?

I think that Sage provides a special connector for using their data in Crystal.  Unfortunately, this is something you're going to have to contact Sage support about.
