Create destination

Hello everybody.

Last month I did my first course on open.sap.com (amazing iniciative).

The course was Developing Web Apps with SAPUI5.

Now I would like practice my knowledge in real world. I would like start doing using a Fiori Template that connect to my SAP but first I must create a destination on my hcp.

Please, can you link some manual to create a destination and simple odata service? Please for newbies.

Thanks and regards.

    Hi,

Please follow this doc - Hybrid SAPui5 App with HCP and Test it with Android Emulator

1.1 Configure a destination for the app

Explains How to create a Destination.

    Thanks,

EDIT - for simple NorthWind(free odata service) try this - Create a Northwind Destination - SAPUI5: UI Development Toolkit for HTML5 - SAP Library

Hi Jose, You did a great job 😊. You can use demo server data from northwind server or you can create your own json data to create a Fiori Apps.

Few standard applications are available in this link. https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/
