Automatic generated PM order Issue

Team,

what could cause an order to retain the Maintenance Item text in the PM order's operation Tab?

Note. i have already defined the Operation in the task list linked to the maintenance Plan. However the generated order is maintaining the maintenance item text and the operation from the task list. see below

    Hi Mutale,

    Please check your config settings:

SAP IMG -- PM&CS -- Maintenance & Service Processing -- Maint. & Service Orders -- Functions & Settings for Order types -- Define Notification & Order Integration

Check if the order type has this setting- Assignment of Operations to Maint.Plan notifications Active. May be this setting is copying the text to the Order Operation.

Can you please send the screenshot of this config for your order type.

    Regards
