    Hi Anup,

Check whether SAPOSS credentials are updated in "System Preparation" step. Also do the "check service connection" test. The S-user, you defined in this page should have all the authorizations in SAP Marketplace. Also check the user authorization for the user OSS_RFC. Are SAP OSS RFCs in SM59 working fine? If this doesn't solve your issue, please post the error screenshot.

      Hi,

Please use "S0013669283" as the user for "S User for SAP backend" inplace of "OSS_RFC" and enter its password (as shown in your initial screenshot) as Manish suggested. Also confirm that your SAPRouter is running and solution manager system can connect to the SAPOSS via SAPRouter. If you have any issue with SAPRouter, post the error logs.

      Regards,

      Ganesan
