After Refresh ROOSGEN missing MSGTYP for 0MATERIAL_TEXT

We have recently refreshed our R/3 and BW systems from PRD. After the refresh we noticed that 0MATERIAL_TEXT delta was not bringing any records into BW. The other deltas are working just fine. After investigation we found that table ROOSGEN is missing the MSGTYP value for 0MATERIAL_TEXT. We follow the procedures in the white paper for refreshing systems. Has anyone else encountered this and if yes what did you do to correct it? We have tried re-activating the DataSource, replicating in BW, and re-activating the transfer rules but that didn't help. We could do a full load or re-initialize the delta but that seems extreme and we would probably have to do that every time we refresh. Any help would be appreciated.
