messages in app system are scheduled/Ready

Hi,

there is interface (file to PI to GTS )  in GTS(app system) the messages are in schedule status in smxbmoni and in smq2 they are ready.

when I unlock the queue the messages get processed. but when next message comes in again it is sitting in queue. I did register queue and activated.

anything more to it?

Thanks you all, as I said earlier. I did all possible trouble shooting. I did register the queue multiple times.

the issue was with user that posts message in GTS(app system) had RFC error when looked into  tcode:ST22,  after adding appropriate access, the messages are getting processed now. thanks!

Your queues are not registered. Go to SXMB_ADM --> Manage Queues and Register Queues.

Hi Prema,

Can you try by configuring the parameter MONITOR QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED to value 1...also make sure you activated and registered the queues.

In moni select the messages and there you will find the corresponding queue name, unlock the queue and process the stuck messages.
