we recently had an issue with our server falling behind and scheduled crystal reports stacking up and not running.
to help the system SAP support suggested that we stop using two job servers and instead just use one.
it looks like that once we did so we started getting an error that we could no longer connect to the data store.
we are using bi platform 4.2 sp2 . any ideas on how we reconnect or why it would loose the connection?
can we just delete the contents of the logging folder as it now says we have many entries queued up?
