Deploy hybrid app with SAP WebIDE/HAT/OpenUI5

Hi all,

is it possible, to deploy a hybrid app to a device with the OpenUI5 library instead of the SAPUI5 library?

Where can I switch from the standard SAPUI5 library to the OpenUI5 library?

Are there any limitations?

Thank you in advance,

Bastian

    Hi Stangal.

In Install hybrid app tool kit step have to download the Ui5 Library from server or manually you can download openui5 resources and rename it as sapui5-mobile.zip

while build these open ui5 resources would be used now.

      Hi,

      thank you for this tipp.

      I've found also another possibility:

In an existing SAP WebIDE project, under the "Project Settings" --> "Device Configuration" you can select a different SAPUI5 version. So you can switch on the fly the version of the librarys.

When I run this one in "Release Mode", everything is working fine. But when running this in "Debug mode", I get a white page in my app and the following error in the chrome inspector:

But I would need to debug my app - what is the problem here?

      Thank you,

      Bastian
