Our client wants to create an FS version to reflect a new format for CASH in the Balance Sheet. Cash in Bank will be divided into 4 categories mainly
Main, Collecting, Disbursing, and Dollar Accounts. Since we already have a lot of FSVs in Prod, we want to know if we can reuse and revise an old FSV to fit the client needs. Is there a way to know if a version is no longer used in Prod?
I've tried contacting users who might know of the FSVs histories but it seems that they are having a hard time tracking its owners. I've also tried table FAGL_011TC (Time stamp for Financial Statement Items) but users said that that if an FSV's last update is, let's say 1998, it does not necessarily mean that it is no longer being used. (BTW, the version that they are currently using was just updated last year.)
