Calling Custom OVS from an EC

Hi All,

I have created a Custom BO , generated all the screens, added some entries, created an OVS screen.

I am trying to call the OVS from EC. It gives a pop up but doesn't display any entries. I have also tried calling standard OVS on my EC. It also doesn't display any entries. It gives blank pop up.

The same OVS if called directly on any other OWL screen, it works fine and displays the entries.

Is there any limitation on displaying OVS on an EC?

Hi Abdul,

Check your EC is getting triggered and working, check if it displays data and the binding is correct?

Hi Abdul,

As per my knowledge there is not limitation in using OVS in EC.

The element for which you have to assign OVS make its display type as ObjectValueSelector.

In ValueHelp -> OVSComponent select your OVS.

This should work.
