Hello,
Following a recent service pack installation, our SAP Contact Centre Reporting Server stopped working. After trying a few things to fix it, I decided to roll the (virtual) server back to a previous version prior to the SP installation and will start again from scratch with the SP installation. The most recent restore I had available (before SP installation) was 29th June. Due to the rollback, we are now missing stats from 29th June to present day.
I was wondering whether it was possible to force historical data from the Contact Centre databases into the Report Server so that we can get at the missing stats? Or is this lost forever now?
Any advice appreciated.
Adele
Hello Adele,
any luck so far? Not sure if this would apply to your case but please, try to check Lloyd's wiki pages:

Hi Adele,
might be good to check you have set the data retention time parameter for a big enough value, or that you have backups of the history databases available for a longer time span. Else the data could be lost for good.
