Refresh All button is grayed out in analysis office workbook 1.4.8

I got workbook from my colleague, I tried to refresh the workbook but Refresh All is grayed out.

My analysis office version is 1.4.8.

After opening the workbook in Analysis office 1.4.8 i am getting the warning message " Warning 107019 occured. No detailed description available (ID-107019)" .

Please find the attached warning message screen shot and refresh all is grayed out.

Please let me know why Refresh ALL button is grayed out.

Looking at similar threads Advance Analysis Workbook Error ID-111006 on Re... | SCN it sounds like you may need to update your version of Analysis Office; the version/SP you are using is old.
