Dear All,
for the Sales Magers we activated the access restriction to customer view in order to filter search results usinge the restriction rule "1 - Recommended: Employees (for Managers)".
These kind of access restriction works fine for customer views. In our scenario the sales managers need to open tickets for their own customers trough the views Service->Ticket->New .
In these view seems that the Sales Manager can choose any customers and save the ticket. If the same Sales Manager clicks on the customer link he can't see the details correctly.
How can we filter in the ticket view the customers directly from the search result list ?
