Hi All,
We have a requirement to enhance the Ticket Queue screen of Service WC to include Tasks assigned in addition to tickets.
To achieve this, I have created a Custom BO with all the screens. I have used all the common fields that are in both Ticket and Tasks. Now I am trying to Query both Queue and Task BO and get both the results in one single screen. And then include this screen as a new facet in Service WC.
I am facing issue while Querying both the standard BOs. There is no error but it doesn't fetch the results. Is this approach correct?
Can I query both in one single Query? What should be the triggering point of this Query?
Also let me know if there is any other approach to achieve this with steps?
