Problems running the program UJT_MIGRATE_100_TO_101 in BPC

Hello,

When we create an activity in the BPF, the error appears to us: "Saving the workspace Because of a missing failed root folder; contact your system administrator "when we perform the save the activity.

This error comes with the creation of any action.

We have made a "Restore" the UJBR transaction environment
provided by SAP (STARTER KIT FOR IFRS SP5 - PCSKIFRS05_1-20009688.zip) to the environment of our client with the name EURONA.

Everything works fine except for creating an activity to BPF.

we have followed the steps of the SAP Note 2052538. UJT_MIGRATE_100_TO_101 we have implemented the program with the following parameters:

Where EURONA environment is a copy of SAP IFRS.

to run the program makes no action, what can be the problem? how we can fix the error with BPF?

Thanks for your help, but my problem is that the program UJT_MIGRATE_100_TO_101 when I run no action. Do I have to do some preliminary step? in the screenshot that I have provided they are well defined parameters?

I have problems when I think only action at the level of BPF.

Hi Emilio,

You mean when you run the program then their is no result? i.e Migration doesn't happen??? I guess the first parameter should be tick "Environment & Parameters".

Hi JP,

That's right, the program does not generate any results, I added also the environment option and parameters (attached screenshot) but does not perform any execution result.

These are the steps I have done (in this order):

1. UJBR execute the transaction, make a SAP_IFRS Restore environment (STARTER KIT FOR IFRS SP5 - PCSKIFRS05_1-20009688.zip) named the new environment EURONA.

2. Restore entire process runs properly.

3. begin to parameterize my environment (EURONA), adding dimensions, business rules, Excel templates, ...

4. When creating a BPF activity and the system generates an error me as I detail in my original message.

5. UJT_MIGRATE_100_TO_101 run the program with the parameters shown in the screenshot.

I might have forgotten to run some previous step?

Hi,

Any specific reasons why you are using multiple environments with same name." EURONA"?

If there is only one enviornment, then try to give only one enviornment name in selection screen

I've given a single name in the selection screen. But the program does not do any action.

There may be a problem with the program UJT_MIGRATE_100_TO_101? any other ideas?
