Save chat history : Interaction Center with Contact center

Dear Experts,

We have CRM 7.0 EPH4 and Contact center 7.0.9.0. We implemented Chat functionality, chat queue in Contact center. Its working well through CRM IC Role.

Now, We want to save the chat discussions between agent <-> customer and between agent <-> agent in interaction record or some transaction in CRM. How can we achieve it ?
